Education Qualification-
1.DETAILS OF QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Director of Physical Education and Sports : (Third Attempt)
1- Ph.D. in Physical Education.
2- Experience of at least ten years as University Deputy Director or
fifteen years as University Assistant DPEs/ College (selection
grade).
3- Participation in at least two national / international seminars /
conferences.
4- Consistently good appraisal reports.
5- Evidence of organizing competitions and conducting coaching
camps of at least two week’s duration.
6- Evidence of having produced good performance teams/athletes
for competitions like state / national / inter-university/combined
university or comparable experience.
7- Age : Not exceeding 50 years
2) Auditor :( Second Attempt)
1- A degree of Chartered Accountant or its equivalent degree of any
recognized university or M.Com. degree with 55% with the subject
of Advance Accountancy and Auditing.
A degree/diploma/certificate course of computer equivalent to
ccc level from Government Recognize
University/Polytechnic/Training Institute.
2- Five years experience as a chartered Accountant or Five years
experience Class-1 Auditor in Government Service or its equivalent
post in university.
3- Working knowledge of English is essential.
4- Age : Not exceeding 45 years.

3) Chief Accounts Officer : (Third Attempt)
1- Chartered Accountant/its equivalent degree with Five years
professional experience.
OR
M.Com. (Advance Account and Auditing) with 55% of marks /its
equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.
2- And Five years experience in the state Govt. Account Service Class-
II or equivalent comparable experience.
OR
Equivalent experience in recognized university or Comparable
Experience.
3 Age : Not exceeding 50 years.
4) Chief Warden : (Third Attempt)
1- Master degree in Social Welfare MSW/MLW/MRS.
2- Minimum Five years experience in girls/boys hostel as a rector in
Educational Institution or Govt. Hostels or quitrent.
3- Age : Not more than 40 years.
5) Warden (Boys) : (Second Attempt)
1- Bachelor’s Degree with 50%
2- Minimum three years experience is desirable
3- Age : Not more than 35 years
Important Dates:
The last date for receipt of filled in applications by the University is
20/12/2013
2. Applicants are advised to submit the applications to the University in time.
The University will not be responsible for any postal delay at any stage.
Application can be submitted at IITE during office hours.
3. The required qualifications/experience and age limit will be taken into
account as on the closing date mentioned for receipt of applications.
4. The Applicant must ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility conditions for
the post.
5. Candidates with requisite qualifications acquired from recognized
University/institutions need only apply.
6. Candidates should enclose self attested copies of certificates towards the
evidence of Age, Educational Qualifications, Community, Physical Disability,
Experience, etc.
7. Candidates who are desirous of applying for more than one post will have
to submit separate prescribed application form for each post with separate
application fee
8. The University reserves the right to fill or not to fill any post.
9. The University shall verify the antecedents or documents submitted by a
candidate at the time of appointment or during the tenure of the service. In
case, it is detected that the documents submitted by the candidates are
fake or the candidate has undesirable clandestine antecedents/ background
and has suppressed the true information, then his services shall be
terminated.
10.In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be
detected at any stage even after the issue of appointment letter, the
University reserves the right to modify/withdraw/ cancel any
communication made to the candidate.
11.The reservations policy of age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWDs/Ex-
Serviceman shall be as per Govt. of Gujarat/UGC norms.
