Eligible and desirous candidates should send their applications in the proforma given as Annexure – "A'. Applications form duly completed in all respects and after affixing 8 latest photographs (which should be self attested) be sent to any of the following application receiving centres alongwith attested photocopies of documents mentioned in Para-16(iii) below. A candidate shall have the choice to appear for the recruitment at only one centre i.e. the centre to which he/she has sent his/her application and the centre will not be changed under any circumstances.
